Lot Rental Rates

• $345 per month

• Rates are based on 2 people
  ($30 monthly charge for each additional person)

• Lot rental includes:
  - Water & Sewer
  - Rubbish Removal
  - Septic tank pumping & maintenance
  - Street Snow Removal (Driveway snow removal is not included in the lot rent)

Park Entrance Fee 

• A one time entrance fee of $345 for new tenants renting a lot

• There is no entrance fee for home rentals

Home Rentals

• Rentals from $1000 - $1200

• Include water, sewer, rubbish removal

• tenants pays their own electric & heat
