Lot Rental Rates

• $400 per month

• Rates are based on 2 people
  (for the very rare situation where there is more than 2 people, we charge an additional $35 per month for each additional person)

• Lot rental includes:
  - Water & Sewer
  - Rubbish Removal
  - Septic tank pumping & maintenance
  - Street Snow Removal (Driveway snow removal is not included in the lot rent)

Park Entrance Fee 

• A one time entrance fee of $500 for new tenants who buy a home or rent a lot

• There is no entrance fee for home rentals

Home Rentals

• Rentals from $1250 and up

• Include water, sewer, rubbish removal

• tenants pays their own electric & heat
